BAH! I don't feel like explaining every little detail about this picture, so I'll say this. I suck at drawing backgrounds (and that's why I always blur them), I had to endure physical pain when drawing/coloring this picture (some of you out there know what I'm talking about), I like making glowy hair and... Super Saiyan 3 is a funny transformation. There. Done.
Heh, I'm not too good with backgrounds myself, and I do the same thing; blur or obscure them somehow, so that it's barely showing, and it won't draw any attention.
You did the expression very nicely. And the glowing hair looks great.
